The grass film is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as the base material through a multi-layer co-extrusion blown film process. The thickness is usually 25-35 microns, and the surface is evenly coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) and anti-aging additives. Its core production process includes raw material melting and plasticization, multi-layer composite stretching, cooling and shaping, and winding and slitting to ensure that the film has high tensile strength.
